Stayed here 3 nights. It was a cozy clean condo right on the beach. There are a lot of residents that live there. There are a lot of smoking individuals. So check to see if your room is NON- SMOKING before booking. Parking is very limited so no trailers or dually trucks. We had a full size pickup and needed a space in front to pull up and back into our space.

My mother and I visited for Mother’s Day weekend! Our room was nice and clean. The corridors and elevator is dated. The pool was nice and clean. Right on the beach. Very quiet and has direct access to the beach. We had fob to enter the pool and beach. Parking was convenient and close. Awesome beach view!

Great for the price. Our room was remodeled and had plenty of room and amenities, a balcony and kitchen. The gym was good with all the needed gym items. An easy beach walk to restaurants and fun! Older resort on the outside but the pool deck was new and our room was remodeled.

Ocean view, room 360. See sunrise each morning from balcony and then watch waves from balcony or picture window inside. Very relaxing. Table and chairs on balcony was a great place for lunch. Elevator works great. Just a few steps to private patio with two pools, one heated, and lots of tables and several grills. Beach is beautiful in front of the hotel. Walk to North just 20 minutes at a slow pace to get to shops and more at Main Daytona Beach Boardwalk. Walk south for miles from hotel. Room 360 is decorated beautifully. Cabinets are well stocked with condiments and lots of dishes and cookware. Including toaster, blender, bowls, etc. Big fluffy towels are provided. Big basket of pool towels are provided. Many hooks placed well. Chests beside bed, chest of drawers and furniture cube with huge pillows on it. All placed so easy to move around room. Shower is great. Good and well placed lighting in room. Big screen Tv to use with your apps. Microwave. A short screen, was useful. Table and chairs. Thoughtful placement of ports and plug-ins. Location is close to anything you might want to do. But it is just relaxing looking out the window. Several washers and dry
